We are searching for a responsible individual who can oversee the sorting, pricing and restocking of our retail shops, and lead and motivate the production staff working under their direct supervision. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our Shoppes will stand out. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. The ability to motivate volunteers and to lead by example are key qualifications. Physically able to move up to 25lbs, and remain standing for long periods of time. This is a high-energy position that requires you to have good organizational skills and a desire to interact with the public. Work in a friendly, positive, team-oriented environment!
